Head of Creative
& Production
Let me start with why I’m here on your screen staring at you from a photo with a fringe I clearly cut myself… Well, I’m here because I think we would make some great stuff together.
I’m a funny, pretty loud, uber insightful, super creative, and seriously passionate double threat Head of Creative and Production, with 17+ years of the goods you’re looking for. And I am proud to say I have done it well. Under my creative leadership I have transformed studios from video service to in-house agencies producing great work across paid, owned, and earned. I have worked hard to foster a culture of bold thinking, coaching teams in cut-through-creative, and how to lead complex, fast turn around productions. I haven’t just revamped teams; I also take on the challenge of driving the cultural shift in the broader teams to promote, educate others, and encourage the craft of great work and the importance of strategy over tactics. By showcasing skills, forging strong connections with key stakeholders, and implementing frameworks, models, and processes, I've gained trust, respect, and acclaim throughout the industry. I’m incredibly proud of my career to date and pride myself on creative leadership ability across multiple channels and mediums.
why
What makes me stand out? I bring years of deep expertise and practical experience in end-to-end creative marketing.
I've got dirty with it all - TV, design, agency, communications, marketing, and in-house client-side. This is why I stand out because I'm not just creative, I’m not just a marketer, I’m not just a great leader, I’m not just a Director or Producer, I am all of it. I have hands-on experience in marketing for ATL to launching Music channels to leading successful campaigns for top brands, to putting Telstra on the social media map. My skills go beyond single execution content, I am a set designer, stylist, an all round creative on set and in studio, giving me valuable understanding of what it takes to produce great work in a way that empowers teams under tight time constraints. I know what it takes to execute great work and I use that in my leadership arsenal. Outside of the day-to-day I share my experience as a speaker at creative conferences around Australia. Turn on the left brain and I’m in hyper drive, always looking for refinement. This is when I use my strong aptitude for operating models, training teams, and creating frameworks that advance creative capabilities and excellence. And, yes, there are absolutely things I can still learn, it’s necessary to keep learning, and your brand is where I would love to learn from, another reason why I’m here with this terrible fringe.
